Jerome Alan Cohen (July 1, 1930 – September 22, 2025) was an American sinologist and legal scholar. He was a professor of law at the New York University School of Law, an expert in Chinese law, and an adjunct senior fellow for Asia Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations.
