John Fullerton worked for a time during the Cold War as a ‘contract labourer’ for Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) or MI6. As a freelance journalist and then Reuters correspondent he lived or worked in 40 countries and covered a dozen wars. His home is in Scotland. His latest novel, Spy Game, will be published by Burning Chair in March 2021.
