Joseph Margulies is a lawyer and social liberties extremist whose book “Guantanamo and the Abuse of Presidential Power” assess the treatment of prisoners at the United States’ Guantanamo Bay office in Cuba. Rasul v Bush was one of the main bodies of evidence welcomed against the Bush organization in the interest of prisoners held at Guantanamo.
