Mariana Enriquez

Mariana Enriquez (Buenos Aires, 1973) is an Argentine journalist and writer.

She received a degree in Social Communication from the National University of La Plata. She has worked professionally as a journalist and columnist in graphic media, such as the Radar supplement of the newspaper Página/12 (where she is sub-editor) and the magazines TXT, La mano, La mujer de mi vida and El Guardian. He also participated in radio, as a columnist in the program Gente de a pie, on Radio Nacional.

She worked as a jury in literary competitions and taught writing workshops at the Tomás Eloy Martínez Foundation Mariana Enríquez is a writer and editor based in Buenos Aires. She is the author of the novel Our Share of Night and has published two story collections in English, Things We Lost in the Fire and The Dangers of Smoking in Bed, which was a finalist for the International Booker Prize, the Kirkus Prize, the Ray Bradbury Prize for Science Fiction, Fantasy, & Speculative Fiction, and the Los Angeles Times Book Prize in Fiction.
