Oriana Skylar Mastro is an American political scientist and author. She is a Center Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies and an assistant professor of Political Science at Stanford University. She is also a non-resident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and a strategic planner at the US Indo-Pacific Command. Her research focuses on Asia-Pacific security.
