Roland Betancourt (PhD, Yale University) is Professor of Art History at the University of California, Irvine. He is also a Chancellor’s Fellow at UCI from 2019-2022 and Director of Visual Studies. In the 2016-2017 academic year, he was the Elizabeth and J. Richardson Dilworth Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton.
