Scott Patterson is the author of a new book called Dark Pools, as well as a New York Times best-seller called The Quants. I’m a reporter for The Wall Street Journal, covering financial regulation in Washington, D.C. I’ve also written for the New York Times, Rolling Stone, and Mother Earth News. I have a Master of Arts degree from James Madison University and currently live in Alexandria, Virginia.
