Susan Jung

Susan Jung is the long-time food and drinks editor for the South China Morning Post (SCMP), Hong Kong’s internationally-renowned English daily newspaper. Her first cookbook, A Celebration of Food, was published by the SCMP in 2012. She contributed to Phaidon’s Signature Dishes that Matter, published in 2019. She has written about food for publications outside Asia, including The Guardian and Bon Appetit.
